Disney Took Me To Florida!

To infinity and beyond!

A few weeks ago I was SUPER lucky to experience a trip that will stay with me for a long time. The amazing people at Disney flew me half way around the world to experience Disney World for the first time! The trip was all around the release of Toy Story 4.

toy story, toystory, toy story 4, new toy story film, image manipulation, creative director, London influencer, London based creator, content creators, top content creator, best blog 2019, instagramer of the year, best accounts on Instagram, top 10 ig accounts, creative work, Disney, Walt Disney, universal, Florida, Disney world, Walt Disney world, woody, buzz, rex, ollie b, byollieb, successful,

From being one of the first people in the world to see the film, to being stood oposite my childhood hero’s: Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, to watching one of the most inspiring and spectacular firework/ projection mapping displays in The Magic Kingdom – it’s safe to say life has peaked at 26.

Toy Story is one of my earliest memories as a child. To re-kindle that childhood, care-free, smile-tastic feeling while watching Toy Story 4 was in a cliche kinda way… Once in a lifetime. Annimation has advanced a million miles since the first movie, leaving no doubt that you are fully emurssed within one of the greatest toy worlds that has ever existed in our imaginations.

All of our favourite characters are on our screens in Toy Story 4, as we mainly follow the story with Woody and the cutest new addition to the toy collection: Forky. HOW CUTE IS FORKY?! Just when the tears are about to start streaming Forky saves the day with comdeic relief – my new favourite character.

After watching the film we listened to Pixar’s Eric Lewis take us through what goes into producing the toys we see in our Disney stores around the world. I’m not too sure how much of it was confidential so lets just say: It’s an 18 month process per toy and there are more stages in the design process/ stocking process than you would even think existed.

Following the conference it was park time! Considering I was only there for 48 hours I managed to squeeze in all my favourite rides as well as a visit to Hollywood Studios. Rounding off the day watching the Starwars themed fireworks and experiencing Toy Story land after hours – i’ll never be able to have a queue-free slinky dog experience ever again I am sure!

GymBox X Ollie B – 6 Week Solution.

Full Disclosure: This plan was created in partnership with GymBox (membership in exchange for content).

Fitness. The fads, the myths, the trends and what works for you. Ever wondered who’s chatting truth and who’s chatting bollocks? There are so many people out there claiming their ‘way’ works. Ultimately there is only one that will work for you, and thats the one that makes you happy and healthy. Working out is important, that’s the fact we all know – but what works for you and what is sustainable for your happiness is the plan you should be following. Wonder ‘what on earth is that though?’ I’ve talked about my ‘achievable fitness’ idea and what I mean is: A fitness plan that suits you and your lifestyle to achieve the goal you have set for yourself. My goal in this post is to shine some light on a decent starting point for you and iron out a few myths associated with the fitness industry.

Before I share what I have been up to with my fitness there is one big myth that needs to be ironed out and that is: You can burn fat and build muscle at the same time. You can’t, sorry. Unless you are a complete beginner or some genetic ninja it’s not going to happen. I didn’t realise this until a message from Dan @MuscleFitnessUK came into my DM’s asking if we wanted to work together and I tuned into his stories and found out for myself.

You need to pick one: Fat loss or Muscle Build. You will gain fat with the muscle build and you will lose muscle with the fat loss, it’s just the way it is. Hence the ever spoken ‘bulking’ and ‘cutting’ phases. Personally I don’t want to be Mr.Macho, a little more size would be lovely but my goal is more on the fat loss and keeping trimmer rather than focusing on mass.

Pre – PT this is what my fitness looked like during an average week, and it worked to a point. The plateaux I was experiencing is what made me change the way I was training but this might work wonders for you initially, choose the good bits – see what feels right for you and if you enjoy it give it 6 weeks and track your progress along the way (you can’t track what you don’t measure). If scales, weight and body fat % freak you out then train for yourself, get the endorphins releasing and see how tracking via pictures works for you. My key message here is please do this in a healthy way and do it for the right reasons, for yourself, your health and happiness.

One last thing before I get into the workouts… Your diet. This is the maker/breaker of achieving whatever your goal is. Personally, I use ‘My Fitness Pal’. You don’t need to obsessive with it if you don’t like the idea of calorie counting but even if you scan the barcode of your ‘usual’ diet and see where that lies in correlation to your goal you stand a much better chance of getting there – after all, you can’t track what you don’t measure! A lot of ‘healthy’ foods turn out to be not so ‘healthy’ when you breakdown their macro contributions to your diet.

The plan below was written in collaboration with GymBox. My training has recently modified slightly since working with my PT but this is the foundation of my training over the past 4-5 years when I could only train 4 days a week due to juggling eduction and 2x full-time jobs. We Need To Talk.

Let’s talk about ‘comparison’. A comparison is key, yet often toxic. Without comparing yourself to where you were to where you are you would lack motivation, drive and willpower. But comparing yourself to others is toxic. We are all guilty of it, we all know it isn’t the done thing but for some reason we, “can’t help ourselves”. Guys do it much more than you think ladies, they are just less likely to admit it.

Over the past few years, social media has soared. Life has adapted and the internet is booming more than ever. I see it’s constant development as such an exciting prospect. I am however cautious that people are viewing the ‘online world’ as a negative place to be. In my eyes the internet is a ‘thing’ it exists, so do many other things. It’s not so much the ‘thing’ that is the issue it is the WAY people use it. If you choose to follow certain types of accounts online that is YOU manually choosing what content you would like to consume on a daily basis. This is where the road to comparison begins.

It’s amazing to have people that inspire you and make you want the best for yourself. But it isn’t healthy for you to sit and consume hours of content comparing yourself to other people, posting your own content for others approval and comparing your ‘position’ in society.

I am a firm believer in everyone is running their own race. You might go on a talent show at 15, be all over national television and then become a performer. But that story slows down by the time that person is on their way to 30. On the flip side, one of my favourite examples: Simon Cowell, broke at 33 on his parent’s sofa and now look… a man who’s in a position that is going from strength to strength.

“Don’t let other peoples stories influence the way you look at your own”.

We are our worst enemy when it comes to comparison. We are the only ones that can get full control over our thoughts and actions. It’s taken me till I was 25 to even figure this out. I wish someone had sat me down years ago and explained it to me. From 18-25 while starting out in the entertainment industry I have only been taught comparison – Why ‘him, him and him’ are getting the jobs and I am not. The cutthroat way of auditions and castings have previously led me to ultimately want me to trade lives with others for their ‘qualities’ that have been so commercially viable. And then the penny dropped.

About a year ago the theory of ‘no one else can be you, there is only one of you and you can do whatever you want’ suddenly all made sense. Those are words people have said forever, but I obviously wasn’t ready to understand that. I’m not beating myself up about it – its obviously part of my story and everything happens for a reason (even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time). You have to trust your story, trust the process and enjoy it for what it is. If every single thing didn’t happen to you the way it did – you wouldn’t be where you are today.

Remind yourself of the long game. The long game is the only game that is won. Short term wins and losses come and go. Learn about yourself, develop your strengths and weaknesses. Push yourself out of your comfort zone because that’s when the magic starts to happen. There are no ‘rules or regulations’ to achieving what you want. Only you and your ability to take control of your mind and push yourself. Don’t waste any more time comparing yourself to someone else. Please.

The Motivation Rollercoaster

It’s a ride we have no choice but to opt into. Very few people if any are capable of maintaining 100% motivation 7 days a week. We are just not wired that way, despite knowing that we punish ourselves every day for a lack of motivation. When it comes to being motivated every single person is different. What fires me up, might make you bored or fall asleep – the first part of all of this is self-awareness.

Knowing where you want to go is one thing, but having the motivation to achieve your goal when everything is ‘comfortable, easy, means you get time off, is manageable’ can feel like the impossible. I think it is important to listen to your body and also your mind. Yes, you do need to push yourself because great things come when you manage to step outside your comfort zone.

insanity hq, insanity, Sony, signed, byollieb, London based influencer, London male blogger, model, presenter, motivation, Ollie Burton, blogger, film maker, creator, podcast host, about, byollie b, Londons best bloggers, Londons top bloggers, top 10 bloggers, top 20 bloggers, top 10 uk bloggers, red head, model, camera, actor, singer, dancer, television, producer, Oliver Burton, work, content creator, strive, develop, work, motivation, mens fashion, lifestyle, mental health,

But on the flip side, to maintain motivation you will want to start seeing results from your work to maintain those aspirations. So you are going to need downtime. Some of you might only need a minute but others may need longer. I am one of those people. I work until 11pm every single day so the theory of ‘waking up at 5:30 will change your life’ is not relevant for me. I mean… It will change my life, it’ll turn me into The Grinch. So you need to ensure you measure your motivation levels as an accurate reflection of your lifestyle. There is not one rule to fix all motivation. Here are 3 key things I’ll leave you with to think about to try and work, to help you smoothen out that motivation rollercoaster.

  1. Healthy Body = Healthy Mind

Regular exercise and a healthy diet will work wonders in creating a positive mindset. A positive mindset will allow you to become motivated and actually put in effective working hours that will produce real results. You don’t have to be a bodybuilder and count your food macros, but get yourself moving for an hour a day to edge yourself out of your comfort zone. Fuel your body with a well-balanced diet and let the endorphins discover your motivation.

2. Understand

What? Well… You need to understand the process of getting to where you want to be. I previously wrote the article ‘Achieve You’ where I talk all about understanding the process of achieving a goal. It is very simplistic and is relevant to everyone wanting to achieve anything. If you don’t understand the process your motivation levels will fluctuate constantly because you will begin playing unnecessary mind games with yourself.

3. Remember Why You Set Out

So it’s all going well, you have had an extremely productive few weeks on the way to achieving your goal. Great. Suddenly you peak, and you start making excuses and you run back within your comfort zone. We are all guilty of that! This is the point where motivation is at the lowest and is the hardest turning point on your Motivational Rollercoaster. Re-connect properly with how you felt on those first few days of realising what you wanted to you, but most importantly WHY? Why did you want to achieve that? Re-connect with those feelings, aspirations, and motivation to trust yourself. Plus, you have to enjoy the process because… it’s a long one. This whole journey I am on has changed drastically almost every single month. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn’t, that is just part of my rollercoaster. Trust the journey, trust yourself and trust the process. It’s going to happen. It has to.

Make this week count – remember… This week will never happen again!

The Top 5 Podcasts 2018.

Podcasts for me have been something I have listened to for years, they used to be called audiobooks to me (I know they still exist in their own right). But there wasn’t any form of ‘downloadable radio’ that I really liked other than listening to some of my favorite comedians in an ‘Audiobook’. Creating my own podcast is certainly an idea I have been flirting with for ByOllieB, and it will happen, I’m just trying to figure out where it would sit inline with my content and my future plans for the blog. For now, here are my thoughts on the top 5 that I listen to, take advice from, laugh along to and think you should be downloading.

top 5 podcasts 2018, podcast, trending, best podcast, favourite podcast, what podcast should I listen to, byollieb , lifestyle blogger, garyvee, garyvee audio experience, the Joe rogan experience, stuff you should know, ted talks daily, review, tips, advice, blogging, ollie, Burton, London, blogger, talent, model

  1. The GaryVee Audio Experience

If you don’t already know who GaryVee is, stop reading this. Google him, watch his videos, follow him on Instagram and properly digest what he has to say. His general philosophy around brand development and work ethic is real, current and inspiring. Yes, he says the same thing over and over – but each time I manage to take away something different. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur or just feel like you need a kick up the &*£! – tune into ‘The GaryVee Audio Experience’.

2. Under The Skin

Hosted by Russell Brand, this is my go-to easy listening for interesting interviews between Russell and his guests. From academics to creatives, ‘Under The Skin’ does exactly what it says on the tin. Proper gritty topics to get your ears around, from discussing big ideas to in-depth connective chats that have proper substance rather than meaningless gossip chat.

3. The Joe Rogan Experience

Hosted by the American comedian, commentator and actor ‘Jo Rogan’. This endless stream of content that is the gift that keeps on giving. You know the feeling when you watch something amazing and then it’s the end of an episode and you have to wait for more? Not here – you can dive straight onto the previous episode and catch up on 100’s you have missed. It’s another chat show setup that dives into captivating topics with interesting people. A podcast you can pick up any time and don’t need to worry about not understanding the concept, as each one is a ‘standalone’ creation.

4. Stuff You Should Know.

The BEST general knowledge & conspiracy theory podcast. Up your small chat and open up your mind with this one. Another podcast that you can pick up and put down. Scroll through endless episodes such as: ‘How Paramedics Work’, ‘How The Pill Changed The World’, ‘The Collar Bomb Heist’, ‘Emojis, A New Language? Nah’ and many more. I have found some of these genuinely fascinating, it’s a new dimension of thought on our everyday activities and events. If you are on the dating scene, enjoys telling fun facts or just wants to know a bit more then this podcast is for you.

5. Ted Talks Daily.

I think this one speaks for itself. Who doesn’t love a Ted Talk? I used to stay up all night and watch countless Ted Talks on YouTube. They are some of the most inspiring pieces of content ever created. Imagine all the best people in the world that are smashing it at what they do, telling you all about their journey?! Yup – inspired. AF. Take them on the move with the ‘Ted Talks Daily’ podcast. Side note – being on this podcast is one of my all-time goals.

Diet VS Exercise

When it comes to dieting and exercising there is so much stress around what is the correct approach?! The answer is there is no set way for everyone. We are all human but we are all different. What works for me may or may not work for you. But what does work for all of us is applying the same principles to our routines.

Yushoi conducted a survey into the credit/debit approach to exercise and how people exercise to allow themselves treats. We all have our favourite foods that we push hard to earn when we are in the gym. This is ultimately that beginning of finding your own equilibrium. Set aside stress and anxiety when approaching exercise. Don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourself, just think about making balanced choices. What do I mean? Well… if you can get your 4/5 workouts in one week then don’t neglect your body of fuel to re-fuel yourself. If you can’t get to the gym at all one week (like me this week) then try not to eat as if you were getting a full week’s exercise. It can be thought of very simply: What goes in + volume of exercise = weight gained or lost.

Weight gaining/losing is something I don’t like talking about because it shouldn’t be a focus point. Your body as it is great – if you want to exercise then do it for YOU not for any silly weight loss fad. I personally exercise for my mind – physical happiness for me comes from mental happiness. I used to be obsessed with stereotypes and want to be ‘massive’ but half those people are taking all sorts of damaging enhancing pills that are only a short-term fix. Think about why you want to exercise as it will also ensure you are doing the correct exercises that will achieve the goals you set yourself.

I personally have a VERY sweet tooth. I will cover my cereal in honey, have a cookie after lunch and often a brownie after dinner – AND if there is a choice milkshake up for grabs – I’m in! I am aware these foods are not packed with fibre, vitamins and protein – so this is where my credit/debit approach to exercise comes into play. On my days off exercise I will cut back to 1/2 of the above and then on days I exercise I won’t really think too much about my intake. Because when I am at the gym I work out full-on with minimal rest (20secs max between sets) for at least an hour. This mentality and practise doesn’t make me lose weight, it doesn’t make me MASSIVE but it keeps my body in relatively good shape and more importantly it keeps me happy.

I also include Yushoi to balance out my diet, as a guilt free snack when I am craving something tasty. Packed full of the good stuff (they’re 72% pea or lentil!), while tasting amazing, it powers me through. Want to take balance with diet /exercise to the next level? Yushoi have begun a Pea-lates and Pinot class, where you can enjoy wine and snacks, whilst doing a Pilates class – now how’s that for balance! Check out some of the moves here and have a go yourself.

HOW you can achieve.

We all have an idea of where we want to be heading. We all have people and ideas that motivate us – keeping us on the straight and narrow to achieve that ‘goal’. The biggest problem I have faced is a lack of self-awareness. I find it all too easy to follow a random to-do list and just think I’m doing the right thing in the moment. The issue with that is time passes by and you feel like you are still in the same place. Getting stuck in that rut is what causes sparks of anxiety and potentially mild depression, leaving your mind in a place that doesn’t help you move forwards and motivation can drop off.

  1. How do I go about achieving my goals? In quite a simplistic way – the theory is the simple part, it’s always a question of ‘can I follow these steps through?’. The way I work it all out is: I write down on a sheet of plain paper ‘I am here’ on one side and ‘I want to be here’ – join the two together with a line. Then work backward from your goal to where you are today. This will create a list of things you need to do to get where you want to be. The next part is self-explanatory. Just follow the steps you have just written for yourself. Keep that piece of paper, keep referencing it because this will keep your progress in perspective. It doesn’t have to be 10000 steps long, but it will help your mind understand the path you are walking down, and each time you tick off one of those steps you will realise you ARE on the right path and you are a step closer to where you want to be. It is then just a matter of time. You will get there, you will achieve it – whatever it may be. If you don’t you’ll die trying and then you won’t know anyway. Either way, you will achieve that goal. You will hit that target and you will get to where you want to be.

  2. The only person standing in your way is YOU and your own mind. Take time to invest in yourself, understand what you are capable of and the best way for you to work – that’s going to reduce the time it takes you to tick off those bits you need to do to achieve your goal. Something I have realised recently is how powerful my mind can be. We are wired to make up excuses and I am extremely guilty of that. You can talk yourself out of the smallest of tasks in seconds. So stop. Take control, take ownership of your thoughts and help yourself by setting that little negative voice inside your head to one side. The more you learn that the more you will grow and develop.

London, content creator, content creative, blogger, model, male blogger, byollieb, ollie Burton London, Oliver Burton, fashion blogger, sexy red headm redhead, redhead models, male models London, campaign, influencer, marketing, press, package

  3. The third thing you need to keep in mind is; knowing your worth. If you are keen and eager to achieve something you will meet people along the way who are ready to exploit your hard work, dedication, and talent for their own financial gain. You can create your own standards, determine the value of your work and determine how you should be treated by others. Of course, this ties in with keeping things in perspective as something is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it. Be optimistic about your plan but keep everything in perspective with a hint of realism. The more real you are with yourself the faster you will develop. If you set an unrealistic goal and you don’t achieve it you begin putting pressure on yourself that didn’t even exist in the first place.

  4. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t. And I mean anyone! I have had teachers, family, partners, friends and colleagues all tell me ‘you can’t’. “Ollie that just doesn’t happen”, “yes but Ollie how are you ACTUALLY going to do that”, “Ollie that’s too much of a saturated market” etc…. The list goes on. But what I think every time I hear something like that is “yes, but I haven’t done that, I haven’t tried that, people haven’t heard what I have to say and people haven’t seen my take on that”. If someone says you can’t be a comedian – take your phone and record a set and post it online – bam! You are a comedian. If someone says you can’t be a model – take photos of yourself with others and post them. BAM – you are modeling. Do you see where I am coming from? The internet gives you a whole world of opportunity right at your fingertips – it’s up to you how you use it and what you can make of it. Remember some of the biggest artists and personalities we know of today were found online!

Modern life is hectic. The to-do list never stops growing, and the phone never stops buzzing. Living life in London in 2018 as self-employed means that every day is some sort of a workday. This usually includes the weekend. Not this weekend. This weekend I am partnering with Ted Baker, slipping on a pair of Ted Baker BRONZO boots out to reclaim my downtime, disconnect and revel in some old-fashioned ‘offline’ fun. First stop: Portobello Road Market, Notting Hill.

Notting Hill is home to the most famous door in Notting Hill. 280 Wilbourne Rd (just off Portobello Road). It’s the front door of Hugh Grant’s house from the feature film ‘Notting Hill’ – it made its way into the film because screenwriter Richard Curtis used to live there! Sadly the door was then sold at auction and later owners painted the new door black as people kept writing on it. The current owners have however re-painted it blue!

Protobello Road Market draws thousands of people to the area. On Saturday’s, market stalls set up to sell original products as well as antiques. From fully reported 19th century telephones to pocket watches and hats – portobello road market oozes tradition and British heritage. Stepping out in my Ted Baker BRONZO Boots, coupled me to the local vintage aesthetic, while enjoying maximum comfort as I explored the various market stalls and shops that line our iconic Portobello Road Market.

*Style Tip* To make your footwear your statement piece – wear one block colour that sits opposite the colour of your footwear in the colour wheel. If the shoes are dark keep your outfit light. If your shoes are light – keep those clothing pieces dark. This will make a statement of your footwear and showoff your stylish footwear.

You know how fun life today can be, it’s cool – we are all living in one of the greatest times that have ever been. But to appreciate where we are, I enjoyed taking a trip down memory lane on Sunday. Reclaiming the second half of my weekend with a visit to ‘The Wallace Collection in my Ted Baker SHINDL Trainers’.

The Wallace Collection is a national museum in a historic London Town house. There are 25 galleries, displaying 18th-century paintings, furniture and porcelain and a world class armoury. It’s like taking a step back in time. The decor, paintings and furniture are absolutely stunning. Each room is like a little movie set – perfect for taking photos!

Comfortably exploring and walking around the Wallace Collection in my Ted Baker ‘SHINDL Trainers’. Worn with Ted Baker trousers, the two couple together for a smart casual look. Looking smart and feeling comfortable often don’t go hand-in-hand with blistering ankles – but not with these Ted Baker ‘SHINDL Trainers’ – they also look the part!

6 WAYS TO BOOST YOUR INSTAGRAM IN 2018

With over 800,000,000 monthly users, of which 100,000,000 call themselves a ‘blogger’ in some format. How do you stand out from all of them? Below are my top 6 tips to point you in the right direction.

instagram tips, top ig tips, best way to gain followers, how to get followers, instagram top tips 2018, how to improve my instagram, instagram algorithm changes, how to become a blogger, how to be an influencer, byollieb, ollie b London fashion and lifestyle blogger,

1. Stop! What is your account about?

One of the biggest problems that will stop people following you… Not having a theme or message.

We are all human, so we want to flirt with every little idea we have. But think of your page this way: If I landed on it right now, I liked what I saw and then I followed you – I would then expect to see more of the same type of content that I signed up for when I pressed that ‘Follow’ button. You will lose followers if you are not consistent. So stop. Think about what you want to put out there, and what you are realistically able to put out there.

2. Get Involved In Your Niche.

So you know what you want to publish? Now go out and follow those that are already doing what you do. It’s been rumored that if you ONLY follow people in your niche you are grouped with them within Instagram’s algorithm and will then often be featured as a suggested user on their pages, as IG will group you with those users. This is something I need to do myself – my page started as a personal account and over the past year has developed into the ByOllieB brand, so I don’t want to offend everyone I know in one big unfollow cull haha.

You can follow Hashtags too – so follow a few that are relevant to your page. For example, I follow: #mensfashionpost, #fashionbyollieb and #canon as these are all relevant to my account. This will allow you to see users work within your niche so you can engage with and meet new people. The more you engage within your niche, the more visible you will become. Perhaps I should say niche one more time?.. NICHE.

3. Tell Stories.

Gary Vee’s all-time message is ‘document over create’. However, with Instagram being a visual platform why don’t you try documenting by creating. What I mean by that is; think about your image before you take it. Plan your location, think about a color scheme and buy a few props to help tell that story. Before you know it you have documented by creating.

Use Instagram stories! One of the most powerful tools right at your fingertips. I often watch how people use Instagram and 9/10 times people watch their stories before scrolling through their feeds. The more you post, the more people engage, the higher in that famous algorithm you will become and more people will begin to see your work.

***Top Tip – use popular hashtags in your stories because hashtags have their own stories too – e.g you could watch the ‘#blogger’ story which are images uploaded by users tagging ‘#blogger’ in their stories***

4. Stay Away From Vanity Metrics

I’ll be honest – I have only started doing this a week ago. STOP FOCUSING ON HOW MANY FOLLOWERS YOU HAVE.

Of course, an influencer with 100,000 followers will get paid more for a campaign than 1,000 but that is not why I am saying this.

If you have a genuine following of engaged users, Instagram will help push your content to be seen by a wider audience. The more comments/saves you get within the first 10mins of posting, taken as a % of your following = how well your post is doing. Instagram then raises or lowers your posts visibility dependant on this. So the goal now is to encourage all of your followers to get involved in engaging with your content as soon as it’s live.

Let me help you think this through from another angle… If you have 10 followers but 5 of them are CEO’s of the 5 biggest companies in the world you might just bag the biggest content creating gig you’ve ever had (if they like your content). And you only had 10 followers when getting that deal. 2018 = Quality over quantity for sure – especially if you want these people to invest their money via your affiliate links, robots got no dolla to spend!

5. Caption. Caption. Caption.

50% Image 50% caption. Your image stops someone from scrolling, the caption will bag the like and/or a comment. Building on what I have already talked about – you want those comments asap! More comments within the first 10mins = more exposure.

So use your caption. Write something meaningful that people can relate to – then at the end ask them a question and open the dialogue.

Don’t then leave the platform once you’ve done the hard work. Stay online during that first 10-20mins and reply to your comments, keep the dialogue open, keep the engagement levels increasing. If 2 people leave a comment and you reply to both you have 4 comments. 4 is better than 2!

6. Repeat 1-5 Consistently.

Repeat tips 1-5 consistently. Consistently post content that is relevant and meaningful within your Niche and you WILL grow. But I think most importantly be yourself! Don’t start by copying someone – because that’s not sustainable. They have their following for them. Develop you, consistently publish original content and maintain that dialogue. No one else can do you as well as you can!

If you found these tips helpful please share the link with your friends on Instagram – let’s open that dialogue.
